Box Office
The OKC Fair Park box office is located inside the main entrance of the Bennett Event Center. You can reach the OKC Fair Park box office at 405-948-6800.
Hours
Weekdays: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Evening and weekend hours vary according to the OKC Fair Park event schedule.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair-accessible seating is available for shows in the OG&E Coliseum. If available, up to three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate at the time of purchase if you require wheelchair-accessible seating.
Will Call
Tickets purchased by phone and left at will call can be picked up at the will call window located in the main lobby of the Bennett Event Center or OG&E Coliseum, depending on the location of the show.
OG&E Coliseum Rules & Regulations
Items not permitted inside the OG&E Coliseum include (but are not limited to):
- Strollers
- Outside food or drink
- Folding chairs

OG&E Coliseum Tickets/Seating
Wheelchair-accessible seats are available for shows in the OG&E Coliseum. Up to three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate at the time of purchase if you require wheelchair-accessible seating.
Building Entrances
Every building at OKC Fair Park is wheelchair-accessible from any of the entrance ramps.
Parking
Handicap parking areas are offered near most gates.
Service Animals
Trained service animals are permitted to assist guests at OKC Fair Park.

Telephone Calls
Relay calls for the hearing impaired can be accepted at the Administration Office, 405-948-6700, by calling Relay Oklahoma at 711 for English and 1-800-662-4955 for Spanish. Feel free to address questions or concerns to Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. ADA Coordinators at adacoordinators@okstatefair.com.
Adult Changing Stations
Adult changing stations are provided in the following locations:
- OG&E Coliseum: the family restroom located on the south concourse
- Bennett Event Center: the family restroom located in the lobby
- Grounds: the men’s and women’s restrooms located next to the Bandshell
Parking
There are acres and acres of FREE parking available, located on both the north and south sides of the property.
Handicapped parking is available at most buildings and gates.
WIFI
To connect, select “State Fair Free” or “State Fair Paid” from the list of available wireless networks. Depending on your device, the hotspot sign-up page may appear automatically. If it does not, launch a web browser and attempt to navigate to your destination of choice.
Note: WIFI is not available in all areas.
